Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

DebtPool ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this waitlist page, why, and what rights you have over it. As we're pre-launch, this is intentionally short — it covers exactly what this page does, nothing more.

Who we are

DebtPool is a UK-based service in development. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@debtpool.app.

What we collect

We don't use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this page. Nothing is collected unless you actively submit the form.

Why we collect it

Solely to let you know when DebtPool launches and to share occasional updates about our progress. We rely on your consent (the checkbox you tick when submitting) as the lawful basis for this under UK GDPR.

Where it's stored

Submitted addresses are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the DebtPool team. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with any third party.

How long we keep it

Until DebtPool launches and you've either converted to a registered user or asked us to remove your details — whichever comes first. We'll review and delete waitlist data we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

Just email hello@debtpool.app and we'll action it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.

Changes to this policy

As DebtPool moves from waitlist to full product, this policy will be replaced with a fuller version covering the live service. We'll update the date at the top whenever that happens.
