DebtPool is a shared recovery service for UK businesses. Instead of chasing unpaid invoices alone, or paying an agency that won’t take small caseloads, you submit your case to a shared Pool. Once the Pool reaches its threshold, it’s dispatched to our professional recovery partner, who works it through letters, email, SMS, and — if needed — a field agent visit.
Cases are pooled together, and the Pool is dispatched every 28 days once it reaches quota. Pooling gives businesses like yours the scale to access professional recovery that would otherwise be out of reach on your own.
Plans start from £199 a year, based on how many cases you expect to submit. Each case costs £25 to process, or £10 if it’s closed before a field agent visit takes place.
Any unpaid UK invoice, provided it’s not older than 6 years — invoices remain recoverable up to that point, so it’s worth submitting even an old one rather than assuming it’s too late.
Yes. If your case hasn’t yet been dispatched, you’ll receive a full refund straight away. If it’s already been dispatched, you can request a stop — this is confirmed with our professional recovery partner before any refund is issued. If confirmed, you’ll receive a £15 partial refund, with £10 retained for the work already carried out. If the case has already been completed by the time the stop request is processed, no refund can be issued.
This isn’t yet available as a self-serve feature — contact us at support@debtpool.app to update your plan.
DebtPool works with UK businesses to recover unpaid invoices. If you’ve received a letter, it’s because a business you owe money to has asked us to help recover it. You can look up your case using the reference, postcode, and surname shown on your letter.
